With the phenomenal expansion of trade and industry, the thriving commercial city of Faisalabad faced a critical shortage of skilled business managers. The Islamic Commerce Educational Society (ICES) recognized this gap in education, and established its Faisalabad campus in 1988. The institution has been producing successful graduates ever since. PCC offers a panorama of co-curricular and extra-curricular activities to give opportunity to students with every type of talent. Sports Gala, Literary Competitions, Mehfil e Milad, Mehfil e Mushaira, Welcome and Farewell Parties, Recreational Tours, Annual Prize Distribution Function, Musical Shows of popular singers like Ibrar ul Haq, Atif Aslam, Fakhir, Natasha and Arif Butt are a few among the multifarious events held from time to time.

Besides in-house events PCC also participates in Literary and Sport Competitions held by the Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Faisalabad. As with the academic achievements, our students have been topping such competitions every year. The General Trophy for Sports was won for the 5th successive time and the General Trophy for Literary Competitions was won for the 3rd consecutive time. In academics, Ahsan Rasheed (1st in Commerce in BISE Faisalabad) and Rao Ibrahim Saeed (2nd in Commerce in BISE Faisalabad) maintained the supremacy of the college in I.Com. PCC has thus become a landmark of success by maintaining its track record of success in both academics and co- curricular activities.
