This module is designed to register students for the upcoming semester and the courses available in that semester. The students can get themselves registered in the courses available through computer, kiosk or phone.
The System checks for clashes in the selected courses and assigns only those courses and sections which conform to the pre-defined schedule.

The System generates fee slips according to the number of credit hours registered by the students. It monitors due dates for fee deposits and issues reminders to the students. Reports for the Registrar's Office are also generated automatically by the System. The Fee Management System can be integrated with the existing financial and accounting systems of the Campus.

This Module allows option to the registered students within a pre-defined period after the start of semester to add /drop/withdraw courses. However, only an allowed number of courses can be dropped and that too, if a seat is available in an alternate course.

The Module monitors students' attendance for different purposes like discipline or to calculate weightage to be assigned on this account at the end of a semester. The Student Attendance Module is a powerful tool that handles student attendance issues and is fully integrated with other modules of CMS.

The Grades Management System streamlines the entire process of entering grades and printing transcripts. The exams scores, averages, assignment and quiz scores can easily be recorded and edited. This Module generates semester transcripts and sends surface and electronic mail to the students.
Moreover a student can also get the results through the Student-Teacher Portal or Web.

Management can define as many courses as it likes and for each course multiple pre-requisite courses can also be defined. At the time of registration, this Module ensures to assign a course to a student only if he/she has fulfilled its pre-requisites.
Each course is given a credit or weightage which is used to calculate GPA and CGPA of a student.

This is a simple and powerful Module that allows students to fill in an online teacher evaluation form at the end of each semester. Students can evaluate only those teachers who have instructed them during the semester. The Module also generates a course-wise teacher evaluation report.
Users can also add/edit/delete questions from teacher evaluation sheet.

Candidate Management System deals with the automation of students' selection/admission procedure. This System is flexible and the Registrar's Office can define several different criteria for the selection of successful candidates.
The System analyses personal data, academic records, ACT, SAT, GRE and other test scores according to pre-defined parameters of the selection procedure and issues acceptance letters to successful candidates. It also issues letters to the candidates whose documents are found missing. To help top management in making important decisions the System keeps track of every application by assigning a unique number which facilitates classification of applicants in different programs of study or by any other required criteria.
Candidate Management System gives leverage to the management to fully implement the selection/admission.

Any campus is like a honeycomb where several different activities are being carried out by Students, Faculty and the Administration. Timely and accurate access to information on the status of this buzzing campus life is essential for its growth. CMS uses a powerful module- Student Teacher Portal (STP) to cater to this requirement. STP is a web interface for CMS, which is an information repository for Students, Faculty and Administration. Students can use STP to register for courses and view their grades. Faculty members can maintain their personal web pages and grades. Administration can use it to have a quick preview of applicants and students profiles, publish Student-Teacher Directory and review other information.
All of these activities are carried out in a secured environment using PIN or SSL (Whichever is applicable). Considering the parents' hectic schedule, CMS offers a unique and effective feature through the use of which parents can monitor the progress of their children in a little time.
STP is fully accessible to parents/guardians of the registered students through a separate and secured Log-in. Parents can view the results and attendance status of their children and can communicate with the faculty through e-mail.
