The payroll system has support for the following features.
- User can store each employee's master data record.
- User can record the attendance of each employee
and the system automatically generates monthly salary slips
that includes allowances and deductions.
- User can keep track of the loans or advances given
to different employees.
- User can generate tax payable statement, annual
tax report and individual tax deduction certificates.
- User can generate a Bank Transfer Letter to transfer the salaries
of employees to the bank accounts.
- An administrative user can create user accounts
with their passwords so that user can access only allowed areas
in the system.
- The system keeps an audit trail of the changes
made by any user in the system.
